If you want to exchange a purchased item, then you have to email or call our number and let us know the reason for the exchange. If the customer wants to refund, a sum of 40% (up to) will be deducted, and within 48 hours, the amount will be refunded. Use and damaged products will not be refunded or exchanged. The exchange will take up to 5 business days.
